The Police Schools Department, at the Human Resources Directorate General of Abu Dhabi Police organized a field visit to the Ports and Airports Security Department at Abu Dhabi International Airport, with the aim of acquainting female recruits with the nature of police field work. The visit falls in line with the academic program for the 40th Basic Academy Class for female recruits.
During the visit, the police recruits were briefed on the different safety and security procedures applied at the airport to ensure the safety of passengers and aircrafts. They inspected the modern devices and equipment used for inspection and security monitoring, and were given an overview of the various methods of passenger handling.
