Deputy C-in-C of Abu Dhabi Police decorates Officer with his new rank
Major General (S) Obeid Al Hiri Salim Al Kitbi, Deputy Commander-in-chief of Abu Dhabi Police has decorated 1st Lt. Khalifa Abdullah Al Obeidli with his new rank. The promotion is according to the Ministerial Decision No 294 for 2009. Al Kitbi has urged the decorated officer to put more effort in his duties. This promotion will motivate him for further diligence and hard work, said Al Kitbi
