Two Omani citizens died in a shooting incident that took place this afternoon, (Friday) in the city of Al-Ain following a traffic accident between two cars. Police investigation is underway to determine the circumstances of the incident and the armed perpetrators involved. The details of the incident will be disclosed to the media soon.
Brigadier Hamad Ajlan Al Amimi, Director of Al Ain Police Directorate at the Police Operations General Department at Abu Dhabi Police General Headquarters said: "A collision took place between two cars in Al-Ain; then shots were fired resulting in the death of two Omani citizens who were travelling in a car with Qatar license plates. The police is still searching for the other car and the perpetrators who are yet to identified
Brigadier al-Amimi vowed that police will capture the perpetrators and promised to uncover the details and results of the incident very soon.
