A delegation from the General Directorate of Civil Defense headed by Brigadier Mohammed Abdullah Al Zaabi, Director of the Civil Defense Department in Ras Al Khaimah, has taken part in the International Civil Defense Organization meeting’s regular session No. 46 of the Executive Council. The meeting was held in Geneva from the 27- 28 June this year.
During the meeting, they discussed a number of issues related to strengthening the inter-country cooperation in the fields of civil defense, exchanging experiences, and gaining insights into the experiences of member states. The Civil Defense Day for 2015 was also established.
The delegation included Colonel Juma Salem Al Dahmani, Deputy Director of Abu Dhabi Civil Defense and Lt. Colonel Abdullah Al Tikawi, Director of Strategy and Performance Development at the Civil Defense GHQ.
