Major General Ahmed Nasser Al Raisi, Director General of Central Operations at Abu Dhabi Police honored the customer service international standard team that is concerned with the implementation of customer service excellence standards.
 
The team, made up of 3 departments of the Directorate General of Central Operations, namely: Operations, Emergency and Public Safety, Vehicles and Drivers Licensing, has recently finished the requirements of the customer service course concerning the creation of  the required level of services offered to the customers as well as monitoring the progress in order to attain this level.

The course program included public awareness of customer service, technical skills in customer service, customer service interpersonal skills, and exchange information about customers, including the needs and aspirations of customers and customer satisfaction measurement.
