Al Marar decorates an officer with new rank
As per the Federal Decree No 96 for the year 2010, Colonel Khamis Musabbah Al Marar, Acting Director General of ADP Security and Ports Affairs, recently decorated at his office Lt. Colonel Hashim Al Sayyed Al Hashemi, Deputy Director of the Security Inspection Department (K9) his new rank.
Al Marar congratulated the newly promoted officer, and wished him every success in his work, emphasizing that promotion is an incentive for everyone to exert more and more efforts to enhance security and stability across the country.
