The Department of Residency and Foreigner Affairs in Al Ain organized a training course for a number of employees in the private and public sector. The course is about the (direct) integrated electronic services program that aims to achieve the highest standard and develop the services of the department.

Captain Khalifa Mosbeh Al Kaabi, Director of Public Relations and Client Services Department said: “The course is in line with the police work strategy to update the methods of handling online client transactions, via the fully-integrated electronic services that saves time and effort.”

He added: “This system is considered to be an accomplishment in service provision, and an effective step to measure one of the outcomes of the strategy adopted by the Naturalization, Residency and Ports Department in providing the best services to clients and achieve the highest level of client satisfaction.
