A delegation from the Peripheral Areas Traffic Department, in collaboration with the Public Relations Section in the Traffic and Patrols Directorate in the Abu Dhabi Police, visited the Al Mafraq Hospital in Abu Dhabi. The delegation met people who have been injured in traffic accidents and other patients including the elderly and children. Taking part in different events, such as this visit, is part of the overall social communication and human relation enhancement policy.
Colonel Hamad Nasser Al Baloushi, Head of Peripheral Areas Traffic Department at the directorate said that Abu Dhabi Traffic is committed to visiting patients and people injured in traffic accidents, including children and the elderly in order to boost their spirits, which can help them to recover faster.
The traffic delegation, which included Captain Omar Al Amri and First Lieutenant Khalid Al Azizi, handed gifts to patients and wished them a fast recovery on behalf of all employees of the Peripheral Areas Traffic Department.
