Abu Dhabi Police gearing up for big celebration
Golden jubilee cerebrations to kick off from dec5th
Abu Dhabi Police have mobilized all its efforts to celebrate its golden jubilee which commences from the fifth of next month.
This was announcing at a press conference held at the General headquarters of Abu Dhabi police. addressing the press Major General Saeed Obaid Al Mazroui said that very big events will mark the celebration which includes a mass wedding of 50 nationals, collection of half a million signature and so on. The opening ceremony will be held at the Zayed sports city. The events are organized under the directives and close supervision of His Highness Lt.Gen.Sheikh Saif Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, the Minister of Interior, he added.
Other programs will include ceremonial parade, exhibitions showcasing the achievements of Abu Dhabi Police during the last fifty years, seminars, symposiums, sports activities and community programs.
The Chief of the golden jubilee organizing committee Major General Khalil Badran said that the members of the committee and its sub committees have already started concentrating their all efforts in making the golden jubilee celebrations a grant success.
