The Abu Dhabi Police Air Wing Department rescued a 50 year old female National and one Pakistani citizen in two separate, traffic and health-related accidents in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi, and transferred them expeditiously to hospitals to undergo the necessary treatment.
In details, the Air Wing’s aircraft transferred the Emirati National (57 years) from the Dalma Island Hospital to the Khalifa Hospital in Abu Dhabi, due to her poor state of health. The medical crew on board provided the necessary medical attention to the woman, to stabilize her condition and ensure her safe arrival to the hospital.
In a separate incident, the Air Wing aircraft also transferred an Asian citizen who was injured in a traffic accident that occurred in the Um Al Zumool area in the Western Region. The Operations Room had received a report, stating that a truck has overturned on the road, and that the driver was trapped inside it, in a critical condition. With the help of the Ambulance ground crew and the use of the necessary equipment, the man was safely taken out of the vehicle and transferred to Madinat Zayed Hospital for treatment.
