An aircraft of the Abu Dhabi Police Air Wing transported a 56-year-old female UAE national from Nazwa Hospital in Oman to Khalifa Hospital in Abu Dhabi, due to her critical health condition. The Air Wing department also aided another two injured Asian nationals who were transported to Liwa hospital in Al Gharbiyah following a traffic accident.
The Air Wing had received a call from central operations regarding a traffic accident in the Al Gharbiyah region; the air ambulance was immediately dispatched to the scene, and the injured Asians were transported to Liwa Hospital, one of the injured suffered fractures in his right arm and neck, and bruises on his body, while the other suffered from a broken neck and a drop in blood pressure.
The medical staff aboard the aircraft provided first aid to the citizen and the injured to stabilize their condition.
