The Institute of Ports Security of Abu Dhabi Police celebrated the graduation of 32 personnel, who successfully completed two courses: quality monitoring in airports, and communication skills with diplomats.
Lieutenant Adel Nasser Abdullah, Director of Support Services at the Institute, stated that the courses’ program included defining quality concept and the relationship between good performance and quality, as well as the advancement of quality systems and methods of monitoring them.
As for the participants in the communication skills with diplomats, the participants were introduced to the definition of diplomats, and the appropriate way of dealing with them, the ways to receive them and communicate with them at airports.
