25 officers from the various sectors of the Ministry of Interior benefited from a number of topics related to mental planning and creative energy release tackled during a course organized by the Officers Training Institute at Al Ittihad hall at the Police College.
H.E. Colonel Saif Al Al Kutobi, Police College Director underscored the keenness of the Ministry of Interior to develop its human cadre in line with the training plan keeping pace with current developments. It is noteworthy that the training plan reflects the utmost attention dedicated by the Police Leadership directives to the training system, as well as to qualify and hone the skills of officers.
Furthermore, Al Kutobi reviewed the goals of the course which include developing the knowledge, skills and abilities of participants on mental planning, and unleashing individual and collective creative energies, so as to ensure the success of the administrative process.
The graduation ceremony was attended by Colonel Saif Mohammed Al Nuaimi, Acting Director of the Officers Training Institute, as well as directorates’ directors, departments’ heads, and officers from the Police College and the Training Institute.
