15 ADP Staff Members Acquire Human Resources Management Skills
The Training Department at the General Directorate of Human Resources of Abu Dhabi Police organized a training course in cooperation with the Australian Federal Police in Abu Dhabi. The course aimed at acquainting 15 Abu Dhabi Police Staff members with the skills needed to handle human resources.
The course aims to provide participants with knowledge, skills and strategies in areas of human resources management, as well as ways to recruit and manage high-level human resources to support law enforcement operations. The course undergoes continuous development, so as to meet the needs of law enforcement professionals, in terms of recruiting and managing human resources that support intelligence and operational objectives.
The course included theoretical and practical sessions, during which the participants had the chance to implement a host of methodologies and techniques in dealing with human resources, designed to boost their human resources management skills in the criminal justice field.
The graduation ceremony was attended by the Mr. Arthur Spyrou, Australia’s Ambassador to the UAE and a number of officers.
