Sheikh Saif lauds AD Police achievements
His Highness Lt.Gen.Sheikh Saif Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, the Minister of Interior praised the efforts of the Abu Dhabi police for achieving their feast by winning three awards of excellence.
Three department of Abu Dhabi police have won the Abu Dhabi performance award set up by His Highness General Sheikh Mohamed Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi, Deputy Supreme Commander of UAE Armed Forces, Chairman of the Abu Dhabi Executive Council
Lt.Gen.Saif Al Shafaa’r, undersecretary to the Ministry of Interior, under whose leadership the teams won the award was presented with medals’ and certificates of appreciation by Sheikh Saif.
Sheik Saif called upon the personnel’s to take their efforts further and expressed his confidence that Abu Dhabi police one of the oldest of government departments will set an example for the quality and efficiency of service in government departments.
The setting up of the award shows the concern of the leadership of the country in enhancing the quality of its public service to its citizens, he added.
