New edition of the quality magazine published
Eighth edition of the quality magazine has been published by the Quality Center at the General headquarters of Abu Dhabi Police.
The new edition included the strategic development plans of the General headquarters of Abu Dhabi Police for the period 2006- 2009,besides detailing the activities of the quality center and its strategic objectives for achieving quality standards at various levels in various departments.
It also includes guest columns related resolving psychological issues, modalities and usefulness of clear job descripctions, functioning of the central operation room, methods for achieving customer satisfaction, dealing with obstacles and the process of implementing total quality management system.
The magazine is being circulated to all the departments of the General headquarters of Abu Dhabi Police and also to other related organizations.
