The Directorate General of Strategy and Performance Development at the Ministry of Interior (MoI) discussed with the directors of a number of Abu Dhabi Police (ADP) departments ways of improving the quality of services and developing of the performance at the land border checkpoints in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi.

A meeting the Directorate has held at the ministry’s premises, reviewed a report presented by Director of Customer Services Department at the ministry of interior, Lt. Colonel Nasser Khadem Al Kaabi on the ‘secret shopper’ outcomes report – a project currently implemented at the border check points. The Project’s strengths, improvement opportunities and proposals to enhance the service offered to the customers have also been discussed at the meeting.
The conferees have viewed a presentation about the secret shopper project’s goals and objectives and have also learned about ways to deal with customers of various departments and sectors of the ministry of interior.

The meeting was attended by Brigadier Gharib Al Hosani, director general of Ports and Airports at the Ministry of Interior, Colonel Mohammed bin Dalmouj Al Dhaheri, director general of Strategy and Performance Development Department, Colonel Saeed Al Shamesi, director general of Residency and Expatriates Affairs in Abu Dhabi, and directors of departments and heads of sections at the General Directorate of Residency and Expatriates Affairs and the General Directorate of Security and Ports Affairs in Abu Dhabi.
