Human resource directorate announces the training program for its Personnel’s for the year 2006

The human resource directorate at the General Headquarters of Abu Dhabi Police has announced its various training programs and its schedule for the year 2006.
The training program includes various courses to support the policing of the country and security activities related to it, by enhancing the academic skills and other abilities of the personnel’s to achieve top quality performance levels in their respective activities and responsibilities.
Col Mohammed bin Alawadi Al Minhali, the Director General of the human resource directorate at the General Headquarters of Abu Dhabi Police announcing the program stressed the importance of training for the successful performance of the human resource in the police force.
These training programs aim at enhancing the quality of performance is in accordance with the strategy to invest in human resource. The need to upgrade the performance quality of the Police personnel through latest training programs becomes more imperative due to the rapid progress the country has been witnessing and the need to cop with the security requirements to sustain such progress, he added.
Al Alawadi said that the envisaged training program for the year 2006 also aims to modernize the training systems to be electronic and compact that enable the human resource directorate at all levels to the paperless functioning.
The training programs remains the back bone of all the success and we have given much importance in assessing the organizational training needs ,the training needs of various cadets, stages of training ,methodology, process of the training and the practical training aspects. He added.
Lt.Col.Jassim al Marzouqi, director of the training department at the General Directorate of Abu Dhabi Police noted that the training is an organized process and is well planned considering the logical and scientific aspects of the training needs and of the program.
While speaking on the eve of the 34the national day ,the President of UAE have emphasized the need for investing in human resource development for sustaining and achieving further progress, he noted.
He also noted the recommendations of the GCC leaders submit stressing the need to improve the academic and training levels of the GCC nationals to be self dependent in human resource requirements and assuring the safety and security of the country.
The training programs he noted has been planned and being implemented as per the directives of His Highness Sheikh Saif bin Zayed Al Nahyan, the Minister of Interior, in accordance with the strategic development plan that is being implemented through out the departments at the General Headquarters of Abu Dhabi Police.
