The Fujairah Naturalization Department honored the distinctive schools as part of the 2014 “My Documents, My Responsibility” initiative recently organized by the department. Mohammed bin Hamad Al Sharqi School won the first position for boys' education, while Dibba Al Fujayrah Secondary School won the first position for girls' education, Masafi School for primary and secondary education came second, and Al Masa School for secondary education achieved the third position. The Fujairah Education Zone was also honored along with the distinctive employee Hind Khamis Al Khadim.

The celebration was attended by Colonel Dr. Ahmed Al Saghiri, Head of the Fujairah Naturalization Department and Saeed Al Khatibi, representative of the Fujairah Education Zone. 

Colonel Al Saghiri stressed the importance of the partnership between the Fujairah Naturalization Department and the Fujairah Education Zone, especially in the fields of students' awareness. "The Fujairah Naturalization Department will continue its efforts to intensify educational programs related to individual's official documents," he explained.

Colonel Al Saghiri also praised the distinctive efforts of schools' administrations visited by team that was assigned to spread awareness. "The ‘My Documents, My Responsibility’ initiative emanated from the vision, the mission, the values and the goals of the Ministry of Interior aiming at enhancing security and safety of residents from different nationalities," he said, adding that this initiative aims at reaching different social categories and highlighting the importance and ways of protection of official documents.
