Cops foil robbery bid of jewelry shop in Al Ain
 
The Al Ain police have foiled an attempt by a 23 year old Arab national to rob a jewelry shop in Al Ain and arrested the man in a couple of minute’s time after having alerted by the security alarm of the shop that was connected to the police operations room.
 
Colonel Hamed Bin Ajlan director of the Al Ain police directorate said that the operations room was alerted at about 2 am and the police sung into action immediately and entered the store to find him hiding inside the store.
 
The man confessed to his intention and was arrested. He had special tools with him for the intended robbery, but dint know about the hidden camera and the security systems installed at the shop.
 
Colonel Ajlan urged the shop owners with valuables to take sufficient safety and security precautions to secure their valuables and avoid any possible attempts of robberies.
