Colonel Salim Ali Al Qattam Al Zaabi, Director General of Residency and Foreigners Affairs in Abu Dhabi honored staff members of Al Ain Residency and Foreigners Affairs Department, in recognition of their diligent work to upgrade customer service that allowed the for getting the 4-star rating under the Emirates Government Service Excellence Program.
During the ceremony recently held at Al Ain Residency and Foreigners Affairs Department to mark the occasion, Colonel Al Zaabi distributed thanks and appreciation certificates to the officers, non-commissioned officers, civilians and employees. The honorees expressed their appreciation for this prestigious accolade and their pride to see their department achieve a 4-star rating under the Emirates Government Service Excellence Program.
The ceremony was attended by Lieutenant Colonel Mohammed Sultan Al Dhaheri, Deputy Director of Al Ain Residency and Foreigners Affairs Department, section chiefs and a number of officers.
