Abu Dhabi Police discusses cooperation with French officials
Brigadier Mohammed Al Awadi Al Manhali, Director of Human Resources Department at the General Directorate of the Abu Dhabi Police met here today a French delegation led by Patrice Paoli , French ambassador to the UAE.
Al Manhali and French officials explored the avenues of cooperation with French police in the areas of security and training. The meeting touched on specific areas of training where the UAE requires French expertise. One such area is the protection of tourism sites and installations.
The Abu Dhabi Police expressed interest to send its personnel to France to gain first-hand experience on security measures to protect tourist’s attractions such as the Louvre Museum, whose branch is to be opened in Abu Dhabi.
