Brigadier Mohamed Mayouf Al Ketbi, Head of the Vehicles and Drivers Licensing Department at Abu Dhabi Police, said that the recognition serves as an incentive and encourages employees to strive for further excellence and to do their part in contributing to improvement the quality of the work. “It is essential to show appreciation for every hard working and dedicated employee who takes the initiative to increase the development of performances and who provides creative ideas in the process,” he said.
He stressed over the importance of customer satisfaction and the provision of services that are timely and accurate in order to save the customer both time and effort; which embody the strategy of the Abu Dhabi Police to provide the best services in accordance with the best international standards. “We will continuously raise the efficiency of licensing our members in the field of quality in order to perform in the most distinguishing ways- for this will ultimately reflect in the provision of better services to customers,” he said.
