The Air Wing Section at Abu Dhabi Police has once again succeeded in updating the international ISO Certificate in Training. The certificate is awarded by the National Quality Assurance Ltd., a leading company in providing the management systems registration certificates in the world.

Brigadier Staff Pilot Ali Mohammad Al Mazroui, Head of the Air Wing Department at Abu Dhabi Police, said that receiving the ISO Certificate in training embodies the keenness to keep pace with the latest developments in all areas of work, . It also comes in line with the efforts exerted by the United Arab Emirates to be one of the best countries in the world in terms of safety and security, with a view to enhance institutional excellence and develop performance by implementing the best practices in training.

Brigadier Staff Al Mazroui explained that as part of it strategic plan, the Air Wing Department seeks to elevate the work system to advanced levels, in a way that promotes satisfaction of society  and increase confidence of the public, in order to provide excellent services as per  international best practices. He noted that receiving the certificate is a new achievement for Abu Dhabi Police in its quest of quality, excellence and development.

For his part, Lt. Colonel Pilot Fahed Marhoun,  Training Branch Manager, said that the Air Wing Department, in its quest to implement and leverage an integrated training system, has been keen to developing the training and documenting procedures based on best practices and according to the international aviation standards, by implementing international specifications.

It is worth mentioning that receiving this certificate is proof of commitment to standards of excellence. It also stresses the quality of training work provided by the Air Wing Department, which has witnessed quantum leaps that keep pace with developments in the field of training.
