A Delegation from Police Dog Section to visit the American Academy for Dog Training
 
 
As part of the Police Dog Section development plans a delegation from ADP will visit the American Academy for Dog Training during august 13 to 21.  The delegation will be headed by Lt. Col. Jamal Jumaa Hhabash, Head of the Police Dog Section at ADP.
 
In a statement by Lt. Col. Hhabash said “the aim of the visit is to acquaint ourselves with the modern methods of training, experiences and practices adopted by other nations in this field. Such visits are in line with the training policy adopted by the ADP GHQ.
 
He added that "the visit will be a good opportunity to follow up the latest developments in the areas related to dogs' role in search and inspection, particularly because the American Academy has remarkable achievements in international training techniques. The delegation will also visit the veterinary clinic of the Academy. The delegation will discuss training mechanisms as well. The delegation also includes Major Hashim Al Hashimi, Head of Police Dog Section at Al Ain and a number of the Section NCOs.
