Brigadier Ahmed Nassir Al Raysi, Director General of Central operations at the General Headquarters of Abu Dhabi Police disclosed that around 60 per cent of the Abu Dhabi inhabitants are not aware of the new qualitative services provided by the Abu Dhabi Police to the Society.
This he said has been revealed by a scientific study conducted by one of the strategic bodies recently in Abu Dhabi.
Around 30-40 percent of the people involved in the survey are aware of the all kinds of police services provided to the public in order to meet various police transactions through the internet, such as paying fines and other enquiries regarding violations and other electronic services available to the customers, the survey confirmed.
Brigadier Al Raysi, said this at the closing function of the training course for 30 Police personnel’s in handling Media relations, organized under the directives of His Highness Lt.Gen.Sheikh Saif Bin Zayed Al Nahyan,the Minister of Interior.
The training program was conducted by the international expert Cris Ryan and he gave the same for the first time in the Middle East.
There were many recommendations like holding a regular meeting with the journalists and other media persons on the one hand and one of Abu Dhabi Police director generals on the other hand to have positive interactions with the mass media, added Brigadier Al Raysi.
