6 ADP officers receive global professional certificate

 

6 officers from ADP Department of Training have obtained Global Academic Professional Certificate from the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) in Britain.

Major General Mohammad bin Al Awadhi Al Minhali, Director General of Human Resources and Acting Director general of Policing Operations at ADP has affirmed the keenness of HH Lt. general Sheikh Saif bin Zayed Al Nahyan, deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior to develop the performance of ADP employees and to receive highest academic and training certificates so as to boost development efforts in policing.

"The certificate is considered as a global academic recognition of those obtaining it. This step will open the door for officers and other employees to compete for hogest levels of promotion and career excellence, enhancing efforts made to promote policing system in all areas, in order to achieve further progress at professional and academic level", added Al Minhali. 

The training course which the mentioned officers joined focused on refining the talents of Training Department employees so as to become globally recognized professionals in accordance with international recognized standards as part of keenness to motivate employees to boost innovation and creativity environment and promotion of services quality to best levels.

Brigadier Jasim Al Marzouqi, Deputy Director General of Human Resources at ADP has honored the Training Department officers who received CIPD certificate, in his office. The ceremony was attended by CEO of SMR Company which contributed to the training and supporting of the officers.

At the end of the ceremony he hoped that this honoring would motivate them for more brilliance and excellence. He urged them to continue their progress, develop their abilities and benefit their colleagues from their experiences.
