4killed and 36 injured in 20 days last month
Four people were killed and another 36 injured in various accidents occurred in the western region during the period between first and 20th of last month.
Most of the serious accidents occurred due to the reckless driving and taking sudden turns with out caring for the incoming vehicles from the other side. 14 accidents were caused due to sudden turning of the vehicles and the age group of the motorists ranged from 18to 45 years.
Among the injured 3 were of serious nature, 12 medium and 21 minor injuries. The people involved in these accidents included 15 Arabs, 6UAE nationals and remaining from other countries.
