Brigadier Hamad Adeel Al Shamesi, Director General of Correctional and Punitive Establishments at the Ministry of Interior attended the graduation ceremony of 14 officers from the Directorate General of Punitive and Correctional Establishments after completing the “Creative Excellence Training Methodology” course. The course was organized by the Officers Training Institute at the Police College, at its headquarters in Abu Dhabi.  

In his address on the occasion, Brigadier Al Shamesi stressed the Ministry of Interior’s keenness, represented by the Punitive and Correctional Establishments, to develop the competencies of its human cadres to keep abreast with the latest developments, in accordance with the training plan. “This reflects the directives of the police leadership on the need to dedicate the utmost attention to the training system, in order to hone the skills of officers and qualify them to work at the Punitive and Correctional Establishments,” said Brigadier Al Shamesi.

At the end of the ceremony, Brigadier Al Shamesi distributed certificates to the graduates.

The ceremony was attended by heads of departments, chiefs of sections and a number of officers from the Directorate General of Punitive and Correctional Establishments.
