The Social Support Centers Department at Abu Dhabi Police General Headquarters participated in the volunteer day event that was organized by the Higher Colleges of Technology at the female students’ college in Abu Dhabi and Khalifa cities. The event was held within the framework of the department’s cooperation with different public and private parties, in addition to its participation in diversified events and activities that aim to educate all social categories about the offered services.
Captain Ohood Khamis Al Kaabi, Media and Partnerships Branch Manager at the Social Support Centers Department, and Yasmin Al Marshoudi, from the Society Affairs Section, provided an introductory presentation about the Social Support Centers Department and the services provided through its centers in Abu Dhabi, Al Ain and the Western Region. The services presentation took place at the department’s private section, and tackled the treatment services for a number of family cases.
The Social Support Centers Department called upon female students not to hesitate to make contact in case of social problems, which are handled with privacy and professionalism. They are offered amicable solutions for differences and provided with individual consulting and professional management for such cases. Brochures about different social topics were also distributed.
