Lt. General HH Sheikh Saif bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior, stressed the importance of exerting constant efforts in the bid to advance and develop human resources at the Ministry of Interior, which would ultimately enhance the work processes by adopting the best advanced standards.

These remarks were made by His Highness Sheikh Saif while chairing the meeting of the Permanent Higher Committee for Resources and Support Services in the Ministry of Interior, which was held on Wednesday at Abu Dhabi Police General Headquarters. His Highness stressed the need to keep pace with the best local and international practices in the recruitment and evaluation system at the human resources, as well as to set the proper regulations to solve problems, work seriously and focus on productivity.

The meeting was attended by Major General Dr. Nasser Lakhrebani Al Nuaimi, Secretary General of the Office of HH Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior; Major General Mohammed bin Al Awadhi Al Menhali, Acting Assistant Undersecretary of Resources and Support Services at the Ministry of Interior; Major General Salem Mubarak Al Shamesi,  Director General of Finance and Services at the Ministry of Interior; Brigadier Mohammed Obeid Salem Obeid Al Dhaheri, Director General of Human Resources at Ministry of Interior; as well as Human Resources directors general at the Ministry’s headquarters and Sections; and a number of high ranking officers.
