The Directorate General of Strategy and Performance Development at the Ministry of Interior recently organized a specialized workshop on the implementation of the institutional performance system. The workshop took place at the grand meeting hall at the Ras Al Khaimah Police GHQ and was attended by Major General Ali Abdullah bin Alwan Al Nuaimi, Commander-in-Chief of Ras Al Khaimah Police, general directors and heads of departments at Ras Al Khaimah police.
Major General Al Nuaimi praised the efforts of the Directorate General of Strategy and Performance Development at the General Secretariat of the Office of H.H Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior. Moreover, Major General Al Nuaimi urged the heads of departments to provide full support and strategy assistance to the Directorate General of Strategy and Performance Development to activate and develop the electronic performance system program and support strategy teams to meet all the requirements as soon as possible, according to the approved schedule.
The Institutional Performance Section at the Directorate General of Strategy and Performance Development at the Ministry of Interior briefed the attendees on the steps of data entry in the electronic program and the work mechanism in line with the Balanced Scorecard. The section also acquainted the attendees with the institutional performance system, the Balanced Scorecard and the ACTUATE program, and explained the application plan.
