During the periodic meeting headed by Major General Omair Muhammad Al Muhairi, Director General of Police Operations, the Directorate General of Police Operations at Abu Dhabi Police discussed ways to improve the quality of services and spread the culture of institutional excellence. The meeting also aims to enhance the capabilities of staff members working at the police stations, and promote cooperation between the police and all segments of the society.  

Major General Al Muhairi said that organizing such developmental meetings at police stations comes in the framework of improving the level of service, reviewing the indicators of achievement, and submitting ideas and opinions aimed at developing police work. This approach is consistent with the innovation and creativity culture, which is aligned with the strategic objectives of Abu Dhabi Police.

Major General Al Muhairi noted that holding such field meetings aims at reviewing the proper workflow, the development initiatives and plans, identifying obstacles, increasing improvement opportunities, and promoting the best ways to combat crime. They also aim to achieve the coveted goals, in a bid to ensure the efficient and effective performance of the tasks and duties that have been entrusted to police stations, according to the best global police practices.

The meeting was attended by general directors, heads of departments at the Directorate General of Police Operations and was held in the conference room at Madinat Zayed Police Station in Abu Dhabi.
