“The Operation Rooms has provided simple and easily accessible means of communication for people with special needs, via a text messaging service program linked to a database containing basic information about special needs people, who are registered at the Zayed Higher Organization for Humanitarian Care and Special Needs, among others, making it easier to reach out to them and provide them with timely and appropriate assistance,” he added.

He also stated that the Abu Dhabi Police has provided easily accessible means of communication for people with special needs, to facilitate interaction with this category and cater to their needs. This falls in line with Abu Dhabi Police GHQ’s strategy to provide high-quality services to all segments of society, according to the highest international standards.
