The Ministry of Interior announced that it will pursue its endeavor to achieve the UAE vision 2020 to make the UAE a world leader in the provision of services by 2020.

Colonel Nasser Khadem Al Ka’bi, Head of the Customer Service Department at the Directorate General of Strategy and Performance Development at the Ministry of Interior, underlined pointed out that the Customer Service Excellence Diploma program, which was launched by the Ministry of Interior with the support and sponsorship of the police leadership has witnessed a large turnout of participants. “The second batch of trainees who enrolled in the program included 500 participants from the Ministry of Interior, with the participation of 42 federal and government departments, and local institutions, compared to 380 trainees in the first batch in 2014,” added Colonel Al Ka’bi.

Adding further, Colonel Al Ka’bi noted that the program is being implemented in collaboration with the Etisalat Academy, and in cooperation with a major world-renowned expertise firm in the field of training and human resources development. “The program tackles the best global practices in the field of professional development, as well as the latest theories designed to ensure excellence in the provision and development of services. The program also includes practical workshops, exercises and collective projects, as well as follow-up study to assess the performance of participants. Participants visit a number of distinguished service institutions and bodies at the Federal, local and private sectors to get acquainted with the best practices and successful experiences.
