Major General Dr. Ahmed Nasser Al Raisi, Inspector General of the Ministry of Interior, called upon staff members enrolled in the second Creativity Development Program, organized by the Creativity and Leadership Development Center at the Ministry of Interior, to continue providing innovative ideas  that enhance efforts to develop and keep abreast of latest developments. He also urged staff members to pursue further academic attainment, teamwork, and to pursue new endeavors in creativity in a variety of fields.

While meeting with staff members enrolled in the second Creativity Development Program at Al Ittihad Hall at the Ministry of Interior, Major General Al Raisi said: “The Ministry of Interior, through this program, aims to leverage human resources in order to achieve its strategic goals. It also aims to deliver institutional standards by sponsoring and developing creative individuals, as well as nurturing creative competition among employees.” He also stressed the firm belief of the police leadership in the vital importance of discovering and sponsoring creative people in order to develop a young leadership that is capable of excelling.

Adding further, Major General Al Raisi said: “Creativity is not limited to one specific field of expertise; it includes all aspects of life. The UAE has adopted a national strategy, based on innovation and creativity to further promote its leadership in this field.” In conclusion, he also reviewed a number of innovative experiences in the fields of emergency, civil defense, e-Ports, and the audio-visual courts project.
