Researcher Rashed Khalifa Hamad Al Ghafli obtained a master’s degree cum laude in criminal justice at the Police College in Abu Dhabi.

The panel of professors at the thesis presentation was chaired and supervised by H.E Dr. Abdul Wahab Al Abdul, president of the Supreme Federal Court. The panel included Dr. Mamdouh El Bahr, Criminal Law Professor at the police College (Head supervisor); Dr. Mohammed Obaid El Mesmari, Assistant Professor of Police Science at the Police College (Supervisor); and Dr. Ehab Hijjawi, Assistant Professor of Criminal Law at the Police College (Member).

Colonel Waleed Salem Al Shamesi, Director General of Abu Dhabi Police College, congratulated the researcher for his outstanding academic achievement and wished him further luck and success. He called for availing the conclusions and recommendations included in the thesis, to be implemented as an additional effort to develop and promote police work, based on scientific and academic researches that address the actual state of the UAE community.

 The thesis presentation was attended by Lieutenant Colonel Khaled Abdullah Al Khouri, Deputy Director General of the Police College and a number of the College academic staff and graduate students.
