A delegation from the Abu Dhabi Department of Transport “Al Ain Branch” recently visited the Al Ain Traffic Section at the Traffic and Patrols Directorate of Abu Dhabi Police, as part of the efforts to enhance institutional and societal communication among various institutions across the emirate.
Major Salah Abdulalh Al Hemairi, Chief of the Al Ain Traffic Section, welcomed the visiting delegation and stressed the importance of mutual visits between the different institutions and departments across the Emirate of Abu Dhabi. He highlighted the need to support and continue organizing such visits in a way that enhances the exchange of ideas and expertise in all areas of policing.
For their part, the delegation members expressed their thanks and appreciation to the Al Ain Traffic Section for the valuable cooperation in raising awareness on traffic safety among drivers working for the department. They also praised the joint cooperation between both parties.
For his part, First Lieutenant Khaled Mohammed Al Azizi, from the Public Relations Branch at the section, explained that the branch had previously organized a number of traffic awareness lectures for drivers working at the department, in line with the keenness to enhance and spread traffic safety culture amongst the various sectors of society. Towards the end of the visit, both sides exchanged commemorative shields and certificates of appreciation and took commemorative photos.
