The Capital Police Directorate at the Abu Dhabi Police General Headquarters organized the first Police Staff Members’ Forum for non-commissioned officers and constables. The forum falls in line with the efforts to promote and empower internal communication amongst staff members and to develop and upgrade police work.

Colonel Ahmed Saif bin Zeitoun Al Muhairi, Acting Director of the Capital Police Directorate, reiterated the Abu Dhabi Police’s keenness to organize such constructive and valuable meetings, which contribute to acquainting staff members with opportunities for continuous improvement of the provided services and administrative work systems, and to better implement quality and excellence principles at work.

Moreover, Colonel Al Muhairi stressed the importance of the forum in providing a platform to collect and discuss the opinions and suggestions of field staff members, and activate internal communication channels between the leadership and staff members.
