Brigadier General Al Nuaimi Reviews Workflow at Al Madina Police Station
Brigadier General Salem Shahin Al Nuaimi, Deputy Director of the Capital Police Directorate emphasized the need to implement preventive procedures and intensify patrols in order to provide the required jurisdictional security coverage. This would contribute to better crime controland achieve emergency response to criminal notifications in the shortest time possible;
These remarks were made by Brigadier General Al Nuaimi during his visit to the Al Madina Comprehensive Police Station at the Capital Police Department affiliated to the Directorate General of Police Operations. The visit falls within the framework of the monthly visit program to police stations. Brigadier General Al Nuaimi inspected the new premises of the Al Madina Police Station; and was briefed by Major Faisal Saeed Al Dhaheri, Deputy Head of the Al Madina Police Station about the workflow. Additionally, he inspected the Security Support patrols, the Crime Scene section, the Community Police and the grievances system at the station. Brigadier General Al Nuaimi reiterated the importance of following up on customers’ complaints, answering their inquiries, and collecting their views in order to achieve the objectives of the Abu Dhabi Police in providing optimal services to the public.
Brigadier General Al Nuaimi also reviewed the investigation officer bureau system implemented at the Al Madina Police Station, and its role in achieving service excellence and highest of customer satisfaction at the Capital Police Directorate. He also reviewed the efforts exerted by staff members to provide service to customers and process their transaction; calling upon them to put in additional efforts to promptly and accurately complete customers’ transactions. In conclusion, Brigadier General Al Nuaimi inspected the Quality system at the station, and called upon staff members to endeavor to spread the culture of institutional excellence, in accordance with the best international standards of police work.
