Major General Jassem Muhammad Al Marzouqui, Commander-in-Chief of the Civil Defense reviewed the workflow, procedures, and services provided to the public by Al Fujairah Civil Defense Department. He stressed the importance of organizing awareness campaigns to spread the culture of safety and prevention in society, as well as training to promote the competence of firefighters to help them control fires and respond to other emergencies.

He praised the efforts of the department’s staff members, and urged them to double the efforts, and to show diligence and dedication in carrying out their job requirements accurately, to as well as to streamline procedures and enhance quality to upgrade work standards to the highest levels.

Maj. Gen. Al Marzouqui was greeted upon arrival by Colonel Ali Obeid Al Tunaiji, Director General of Fujairah Civil Defense Department, along with heads of departments and a number of the officers from the department.

The Commander-in-Chief of Civil Defense held a meeting with the Director General and the heads of departments, where he reviewed the ongoing development and improvement processes, in order to promote police work and the services provided to the public.

Maj. Gen. Al Marzouqui was briefed by Colonel Al Tunaiji on the goals and the key achievements at the department. He also toured the customer service center at the department and reviewed the workflow, as well as the services offered to the public, and commended the easy and streamlined procedures provided to customers through the department’s official website. He also met one of the customers, who expressed appreciation and satisfaction with the provided services.
