Abu Dhabi Residency Celebrates International Day of Action for Women’s Health Day

The Directorate General of Residency and Foreigners Affairs in Abu Dhabi, represented by the Al Dhabyaniah Committee (Abu Dhabi Committee), celebrated the International Day of Action for Women’s Health on Thursday, which falls on 28 May.   

The committee hosted Stephen Al Khoury, nutrition specialist at a specialized medical center in Abu Dhabi, in the hall of the Emirates Institute for Citizenship, Residency and Ports. There, Al Khoury provided health advice to female officers and conducted medical examinations.

For her part, Captain Badriah Misbah Al Fazari, Head of the Committee, noted that the organization of this event falls in line with the keenness of the Directorate General to spread and enhance a culture of health awareness amongst male and female personnel.  

The specialist and participating team were honored upon conclusion of the event.
