Abu Dhabi Police Schools Commences Work in their New Building in Al Foah
The Procurement and Warehouses Department at the General Directorate of Finance and Support Services of the Abu Dhabi Police (ADP), announced the relocation of the Police Schools Department from the Suwaihan area to its new headquarters in Al Foah, Al Ain City. The new headquarters have been built according to the best and most advanced standards in construction. It includes education, administrative and residential buildings, with separate quarters for men and women. The buildings are equipped with the best foundations and facilities for education and training.
Brigadier Saeed Saif Al Nuaimi, Deputy Director General of Finance and Services at Abu Dhabi Police explained that constructing the new building reflects the ADP General Headquarters strategic plan. The Police vision seeks to develop and modernize police bodies according to the best of international standards in this field. This vision also aims to provide the best of outstanding services to the community.
“The new headquarters adheres to the best and most advanced international standards,” Brigadier Al Nuaimi said. “This facilitates providing a suitable environment for managing schools and students, as it encourages them to show innovation in developing policing and security concepts. The building is also in keeping with with the urban development taking place in the Emirate, as well as with the comprehensive urban development plan that aims to enhance Abu Dhabi’s position internationally. This is being achieved by benefiting from the best of local, regional and international experience in the field of urban development.”
Brigadier Al Nuaimi also honored a number of officers, non-commissioned officers and civil employees for their efforts in facilitating the moving process.
