The Abu Dhabi Police General Headquarters represented by the Department of Education and the Police Academy participated in the second educational exhibition in Al Ain, which kicked off this morning.

Brigadier Obeid Salem Rashid Al Ketbi, Director General of Human Resources at Abu Dhabi Police, explained that the strategy of the Abu Dhabi Police GHQ always aims to share the different interests and events of the community, as well as reaching out to the educational institutions through an active partnership to support some specialties on one hand and guiding the students towards some specialties required for working in the police force.

He reiterated the keenness of the Abu Dhabi Police “key sponsor of the exhibition”, to provide the capabilities for the education to be productive in the latest scientific fields, which will provide qualified staff for the leadership’s needs.

He pointed to the efforts of Abu Dhabi Police in providing guidance to students, who are awarded scholarships to study inside the UAE or abroad, within the laws and regulations. He pointed that a secure society is an advanced society that works to develop its members and prepare them to preserve its identity and gains.

Al Ketbi added that sponsoring and participating in such exhibitions, aims to attract the national human resources of both genders, where the team available at the Abu Dhabi Police pavilion provides them with detailed explanation about the jobs, qualifications, and scholarship, with a highly professional and efficient manner, in addition to taking into consideration the academic, social, economic and humanitarian conditions of the students who awarded the scholarships.

It is worth mentioning that the Secong Educational Exhibition in Al Ain is organized by Al Ain Equestrian, Shooting and Golf Club, with participations from 32 public and governmental universities, and it lasts 3 days.
