H.H. Sheikh Mohammed Bin Khalifa Bin Mohamed Bin Khaled Al Nahyan honored the Abu Dhabi Police GHQ on Wednesday morning during the ceremony marking the conclusion of the second UAE Education Interface. The fair, which was organized by Al Ain Equestrian, Shooting and Golf Club, took place in the Club’s headquarters with the participation of 32 government and private universities.

Brigadier Obeid Salem Rashed Ali Al Ketbi, Director General of Directorate General of Human Resources at Abu Dhabi Police, indicated that the Abu Dhabi Police, which was the key sponsor of the fair, was keen to attract both male and female Emirati human cadres. He pointed out that the Education fair was highly successful and the Abu Dhabi Police was represented by the Education Department and the Police College.

“The vision of the Education Department aims at transforming the Abu Dhabi Police GHQ into a knowledge-based organization, pursuant to its ambitions to become the first police entity in the world. Providing Emirati cadres with skills, qualifications, knowledge and distinguished security, administrative, and technical disciplines contribute to translating this vision,” Brigadier Al Ketbi said.   

Colonel Othman Haji Abdullah Al Khoury, Head of the Education Department at Abu Dhabi Police, received the certificates and praised the quality services provided by such fairs to students, in order to help them choose their academic disciplines and pursue further attainment according to their wishes and abilities. He also pointed out that the team entrusted with the task of ADP Air Wing Department’s pavilion presented a detailed overview of the duties, rehabilitation and scholarships throughout the second UAE Education Interface.
