The Directorate General of Residency and Foreigners Affairs in Abu Dhabi honored its quality teams, in recognition of their outstanding role in reflecting the distinguished performance level attained by the Directorate and discharging their duties to the fullest during the quality management system review that was undertaken at the various departments and sections. The tribute also aims to recognize their efforts in the external audit process.
Brigadier Mansour Ahmed Hamoud Al Dhaheri, Director General of Residency and Foreigners Affairs at Abu Dhabi Police underlined the keenness of the police leadership to support quality-related projects across the various entities at the Ministry of Interior. “Such projects are highly important to develop the integrated work system, improve performance indicators, and provide excellent services, so as to boost public confidence and increase customer satisfaction with the services provided to them, in accordance with the highest international standards of excellence,” he said.
Brigadier Al Dhaheri emphasized that excellence, success and creativity can only be achieved through joint action, fruitful efforts and team spirit.
Brigadier Al Dhaheri distributed certificates of appreciation and thanks and commemorative gifts to the honorees. The ceremony was attended by Colonel Yusuf Ismail Khouri, Deputy Director General; heads of departments and chiefs of sections.
For their part, the honorees expressed their happiness for receiving this accolade; stressing their commitment to exert further efforts and excellence to develop work.
