The Cultural and Social Activities Section at the Clubs Department, in cooperation with the Sports Activities Section at the Strategy and Performance Development Department at the Abu Dhabi Police GHQ, will be organizing a swimming course for the sons of officers working for the Ministry of Interior and Abu Dhabi Police GHQ. Eighty-six boys will participate in the program during the month of May and will receive training on the proper swimming techniques in the swimming pool at the Abu Dhabi Police Officers Club.
In regards to the course, Captain Yaaqoub Yusuf Al Hammadi, Social Events Branch Manager at the Clubs Department at Abu Dhabi Police, said: “Swimming professionals will teach officers’ children the correct swimming techniques and the advanced methods of swimming through a well-developed curriculum over the course of one month.”
