The Human Resources Directorate General at the Ministry of Interior celebrated the graduation of 54 officers after completing the Basic Criminal Investigation courses, A and B. The courses were organized by the Police Officers Training Institute at the Ministry of Interior and held in Omar bin Al Khattab Hall at the Police College.

The graduation ceremony was attended by Brigadier Mohamed Obaid Al Dhaheri, Director General of Human Resources at the Ministry of Interior, and Colonel Dr. Ahmed Al Khuzaimi, Director of the Officers’ Training Institute, in addition to a number of officers from the Police Officers’ Training Institute.

In his address to the graduates, Brigadier Al Dhaheri stressed the police leadership’s keen interest to qualifying human cadres who are the pillars of development and progress.  He noted that criminal investigation is a fundamental part of police work; and that the information and knowledge they have acquired at these courses will contribute to developing their sense of constant self-improvement for the service of their country and their institution. He also wished the graduates success and luck in their careers and urged them to double the efforts in order to improve police work and maintain the ministry’s gains.

Towards the end of the ceremony, the Director General of Human Resources distributed certificates to the graduates, in the presence of Colonel Dr. Ahmed Al Khuzaimi, Director of the Officers’ Training Institute at the Ministry of Interior.
