The Abu Dhabi Police have honored the 12 officers and employees from the Human Resources Directorate General who have received the Employment Excellence Medal in accordance with the Ministerial Resolution No. (168) for 2015.
Brigadier General Obaid Salem Al Ketbi, Director General of Human Resources, congratulated the honorees and urged them to exert further efforts to achieve excellence in their career. He also pointed out that the honoring comes in recognition for their outstanding accomplishments, and contributes to encouraging and boosting the spirit of creativity and innovation to adopt constructive ideas that contribute towards developing and achieving leadership in police work.
The honoring, which was organized at the headquarters of the Directorate General of Human Resources on Tuesday, included seven officers in the rank of captain, one first lieutenant , one first warrant officer, and three civilian staff members from the Directorate General of Human Resources at Abu Dhabi Police GHQ.
For their parts, the honorees said that such recognition is like placing a medal on their chest, one that further motivates them to exert further efforts in the service of their country. They confirmed that this gesture is an incentive to develop the mechanisms of creativity and innovation, to spread the culture of excellence, raise the level of performance, provide the best levels of service, and to achieve success and excellence in order to keep pace with international standards pursued by the Abu Dhabi Police GHQ in the development of creative and distinguished work.
