MoI seeks to boost cooperation with Turkish Police Academy

Major General Khalifa Harib Al Khaili, Assistant Undersecretary of the Ministry of Interior for Resources and Support Services met at the MoI headquarters with Zuhdi Arsalan, chairman of Police Academy in Turkey and the accompanying delegation.

Al Khaili welcomed the visiting delegation and conveyed to it the regards of police leadership. Then the two sides explored ways of boosting cooperation in various security and training fields, in addition to a number of topics of common interest.
In the end, the two sides exchanged souvenirs.

Major General Khamis bin Suwaif, director general of Criminal Security at the Ministry of Interior met at his office the Turkish delegation. He discussed with the delegation ways of mutual cooperation in relevant security fields.

A number of senior police officials were present.

Brigadier Ali Abdul Aziz bin Darwish, director general of Human Resources also met the Turkish delegation and reviewed with it ways of exchanging expertise and visits.

The delegation also paid a visit to the Police College in Abu Dhabi, and was received by Colonel Dr. Abdullah Bu Hindi, acting director general of the College.

The delegation toured the department of the College including Education Department, Computer and English language Laboratories, Crime Scene, and Music Section.  

Head of the Turkish delegation extended thanks and apperception to the MoI officials, noting that this visit has provided them with good information about the progress attained by UAE in general and by the Ministry of Interior in particular.
